Guideline for the permissible use of RUNDIFY
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (herein "RUNDIFY\ Acceptable Use Policy") contains provisions governing the access to and use of the Services provided by NEOMO (hereinafter also "we") (as defined in our retrievable General Terms and Conditions (our "GTC") by the User (hereinafter also "you"). This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference in its entirety into our GTC and by clicking the button or box or using the Services, whichever comes first, you agree to be bound by our GTC, including but not limited to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy, as may be amended by NEOMO from time to time.
1. You are an adult
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are not intended for and may not be used by persons who are minors according to locally applicable legal requirements. You hereby represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that each Invitee, as a recipient of your questionnaires, meets the requirements of this Acceptable Use Policy and, as a result, is authorized to use the Services. You may use the Services only if the representations in the previous sentence apply. You are liable for the acts and omissions of invitees or other third parties to whom you have sent an invitation. Without limiting the generality of NEOMO's remedies under our GTC, you agree that NEOMO may terminate, revoke, suspend or modify your access to the Services (permanently or temporarily) at any time, effective immediately and without liability to NEOMO, if NEOMO has reason to believe that you or anyone invited by you under your account has violated the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

In order for us to ensure safe use of the Services, all users are required to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable policies that may be established by third party service providers, as determined by NEOMO in its sole discretion from time to time. If you notice any inappropriate behavior or content on the Services, please report it to NEOMO.
2. Basic rules
2.1 As a user, you are required to comply with our GTC, which include this Acceptable Use Policy.
2.2 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, all intellectual property laws, all data protection and export control laws, and the regulations of any governmental authorities that may apply to your use.
2.3 Keep passwords and all other login data confidential.
2.4 Monitor and control all activities related to the Services that occur through your RUNDIFY account.
2.5 Notify us immediately if you become aware of or have reason to believe that any illegal or unauthorized activity is occurring in connection with your account or that data security has been compromised, including loss, theft, and unauthorized disclosure or use of a username, password, or account.
2.6 Comply in all respects with all applicable terms and conditions regarding the use of Third Party Applications including Integrations (as defined in our GTC).
2.7 You agree to NEOMO's Privacy Policy. NEOMO reserves the right, but has no obligation, to screen, filter, modify, reject or delete any content or accounts within the Services.
3. Prohibitions
3.1 When using the Services, do not impersonate any person or entity, "Administrator", "Owner" or other authorized user, and do not make any false or misleading statements about your relationship with any person, entity or company.
3.2 Do not grant any other person access to the NEOMO Account assigned to you, for example by sharing or transferring it.
3.3 You agree not to intentionally interfere with or disrupt the Services and any servers, computers or databases connected to them in any way.
3.4 You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or redistribute the Services for any purpose, and you will not use the Services for personal gain, such as by sublicensing, reselling, temporarily transferring for a fee, or the like.
3.5 Do not use the Services to store or transmit information if doing so would infringe or misappropriate any third party trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights of others or would be unlawful.
3.6 Do not use the Services to upload or transmit data, files, software or links that contain or redirect to viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful components, or that contain or redirect to technology that downloads or accesses unlawful content or data stored in the Services or NEOMO or third party hardware.
3.7 Refrain from any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt (to the extent such restrictions are permitted by law) the features, functionality, integrity, or performance of the Services (including any mechanism used to restrict or control the functionality of the Services), any third party's use of the Services, or any third party data contained therein.
3.8 Refrain from any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks, or to overcome, defeat, circumvent, remove, disable or otherwise render ineffective any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the Services.
3.9 Do not use the Services to develop similar or competing products or services or to copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services.
3.10 Do not use the Services in a way that may harm other users or minors.
3.11 Use only our supported interfaces to access and create accounts for the Services. "Scraping" or the simultaneous creation of a large number of accounts, for example, is prohibited.
3.12 Do not send or post unsolicited messages, advertisements or spam, "junk mail", "chain letters" or other similar solicitations, nor cause them to be sent or posted.
3.13 Do not use contact information or other User information (including email addresses) taken from the Services to contact Users outside of the Services without their express permission, or to create or disseminate distribution lists or other compilations of User contact or User profile information for use outside of the Services.
3.14 You acknowledge that by using the NEOMO Services you may be exposed to communications that are offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. NEOMO assumes no responsibility for any such communications transmitted by other users when using the NEOMO Services.
3.15 Do not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, automatic or manual process or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material accessed through your use of the Services (including, without limitation, any software or applications NEOMO uses to provide the Services).
